Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every Pictor purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returning an Item

  • Returns must be authorized by Pictor before being sent back. Please contact us before returning any item.
  • Incorrectly ordered items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in merchantable condition.
  • Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

  • A replacement of the same product, subject to availability
  • A full refund in the original form of payment
  • A repair, where applicable

When assessing a return for a faulty item, we may take into account the type of product, how it has been used, and the reasonable expected lifespan of the product.

Special Orders

Returns of special or non-stocked items may not be accepted. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
