1. Application

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made through the Pictor website between Pictor and the customer (you).

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these Terms as a binding agreement. These Terms supersede any previous arrangements or understandings between the parties.

1.3 Our Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through this website.

2. Products

2.1 Pictor will make every effort to ensure all items displayed on the website are available for purchase.

2.2 Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes and may not be an exact representation due to screen display conditions, photography techniques, or packaging updates. Accessories shown in images are not included unless stated.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are based on current stock and may change without notice.

3.2 Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Payment

4.1 We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other methods as displayed at checkout.

4.2 Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation. If a payment cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery

5.1 We will endeavour to dispatch orders promptly after payment is confirmed. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

5.2 Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless a free shipping threshold applies.

5.3 If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional delivery costs may apply.

6. Order Process

6.1 By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to make the purchase, your payment details are correct, and you accept these Terms.

6.2 Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched. You will be notified by email if there are any delays.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1 Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• Items that are incorrectly ordered may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging and in merchantable condition unless the return relates to a faulty or damaged product.
• Return freight charges may apply.

7.2 If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7.3 Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, for the same amount paid.

8. Errors

8.1 Any pricing or content errors on the website will be corrected upon identification. Pictor reserves the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
